Jenni has worked with other NGOs before devoting all her energies to making a difference in Cambodia by founding Cambodian Community Dream Organization, Inc. She works remotely with the team on the ground in an advisory capacity and is the link between the BOD and donors. She regularly travels to Cambodia to oversee the progress on the ground.

Ksenija, an educator, writer, and blogger has been traveling around the world and supporting grass roots organizations. She is passionate about women's and children's issues.

Paul retired from Citibank where he was a Senior Vice President for Global Data Governance. He has an extensive background in finance, data, project and operational management. He travels annually to Cambodia to work with CCDO. During these visits he has developed an on the ground understanding of our operations and provided insights for streamlining and improvements.

Andrew retired from Standard Chartered Bank where he was a Director. He has over 35 years of experience in Trade Finance, Banking Operations and Risk Management. Andrew visits CCDO in Siem Reap on an annual basis.
Andrew currently is our CFO responsible for our financial transparency and he works closely with all board members as well as CCDO local management team.

Kathy is a corporate and securities attorney with 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a partner in the global law firm, Proskauer Rose, and a professor at Fordham Law School. Kathy is also a board member and treasurer of New York Lawyers for the Public Interest, a leading New York nonprofit civil rights firm, and board member of the Auschwitz- Birkenau Foundation. After a visit to Siem Reap, Kathy was struck by the similarities between the Holocaust and the Genocide in Cambodia and is determined to help rebuild.

Jenn is a Businesswoman who has a passion for travel and philanthropy. Her background includes Hotel & Restaurant Management, Training & Hospitality Consulting, Wellness Coach, Fitness and Pilates. Jenn and her daughter are active in their local 4H group and raising pigs. All her family is passionate about the future of Cambodian families.

Kirk is a retired high school English teacher, having worked 33 years in New York City and Yonkers, NY. He and his wife have traveled to numerous countries over the years, but their special love for Cambodia has brought them back four times. They've been supporters of CCDO's work since their first visit in 2010.

Rose currently works in Sales and Marketing at Lazard Asset Management. She graduated from NYU with a BS in Applied Psychology and BA in Art History. Currently studying for my MBA from NYU Stern. She began to volunteer with the Cambodian Community Dream Organization (CCDO) in 2013 and has visited Siem Reap multiple times over the past decade. Rose is excited to join the team alongside her sister, Katherine, to continue their shared commitment to supporting CCDO's mission of improving education, health, and livelihoods in rural Cambodian communities.

Katherine graduated with a BA in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College and MPA from NYU Wagner School of Public Service. She spent many summers in Cambodia helping with various kids activities. She is determined to give back to society and is spending the next 2 years in Tanzania volunteering for the Peace Corps.

Sovoan stepped into the role of CCDO Director. She continues to oversee our extensive education programs from reschool to university. She is the line of communication between CCDO and the school directors. She is on the advisory board of the Department of Education. She deftly manages to ensure the quality of our programs

With a Bachelor's & Master's degrees in Business and Finance and nine years of working with CCDO, Sophorn uses her organizational and accounting skills to ensure smooth office processes and the meticulous upkeep of our financial records. Sophorn is the glue that keeps the CCDO running smoothly.

Having many years experience in the NGO field, Nue has joined the CCDO to ensure the smooth operation of each project. He is responsible to the executive director.

Pin previously worked for CCDO for 4 years and we welcome him back to help expand our WASH program. He is responsible for training the community leaders in health and hygiene. Under his watch, we have expanded the programs to 36 villages.

Uon previously worked for CCDO for 4 years and is back working in the field, to ensure the success of our Social Enterprise Program. He is responsible for Dental Program, HERA project, He also helps out with the WASH program. He has the total respect of the community.

Sitha Sok, an experienced English teacher trainer and project coordinator, has trained over 2,000 of community teachers since 2018. He currently manages the ELT project for teachers in primary and secondary schools across Varin and Svayleu districts to enhance their teaching techniques and English competency. Holding a Master of Arts in TESOL, Sitha effectively passes on his teaching skills to community teachers, indirectly benefiting thousands of rural students. Ultimately, he is dedicated to ensuring that rural students receive the same high-quality English education as those in major cities.

Mr. Say drives the tuk tuk out to the villages and our schools and helps where necessary. He is an important part of our Mobile Library. He was the first employee of CCDO and is very valued and loyal.

Salorm, is the mainstay of our community development. She is involved with the various workshops in the field. She is also in charge of our dental program to ensure the kids are keeping up their hygiene practices.

Sothea is primary an English teacher who transition to manage the growing Scholarship Students. He is responsible to inspire their career choices and he also works on our Data Management.

Mariny joined the organization as a Computer Teacher and was promoted after nearly three years. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, she has been with CCDO for four years. Mariny is passionate about helping teachers build digital skills and believes that empowering educators creates better learning opportunities for students.

After six years as a librarian and seven years as an English teacher at CCDO, Sombon Non was recently promoted to English teacher trainer in the ELT project for Varin and Svayleu districts. Dedicated to her role, she commutes long distances daily while pursuing a master's degree in teaching English at Southeast Asia University. Sombon is thrilled to pass on her knowledge to hundreds of rural teachers, helping them sharpen both their teaching skills and English proficiency to benefit thousands of students.

Vesna proudly graduated from sports to English after completing his university degree.
He has an innovative teaching methodology and is passionate about his students' progress.

She has a natural gift for inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm in our preschoolers. Phary has been instrumental in expanding our early education program to 11 new preschools.

Samnang helps keep the preschool munchkins in order at Tapang school. Her diligence in dental hygiene ensures healthy smiles.

Sochhinh encourages kids to read books. She introduces them to the world of adventure through reading. She visits 42 schools a month and is responsible for 15,000 kids reading.

Kimly started with CCDO as a mobile librarian. However, we discovered that her passion was teaching computers to our students. She is completing her 3rd year of IT on weekends. She has taught English and is also a web designer.

Sopheak Bai recently joined the CCDO team as an English teacher trainer in the ELT project for primary and secondary schools in Varin and Svayleu districts. She brings 11 years of secondary school teaching experience from international schools in Phnom Penh and holds a bachelor's degree in TESOL. Passionate and enthusiastic, Sopheak loves supporting educators and seeing training participants successfully apply new teaching methods in their classrooms.

Nhoy Moeurt recently joined the CCDO as a Computer Teacher at TaBrok Primary School. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Build Bright University, Siem Reap Campus. Passionate about education and technology, Nhoy wants to use his knowledge and skills to help students to develop essential digital skills and confidence to succeed in their education and prepare for future opportunities.

Under grad degrees in Chemistry and Zoology from Miami University, 1980. Medical Degree from Baylor College of Medicine in 1983. General Surgery training at Bethesda Naval Hospital 1986-1990. Served in US Navy and Marine Corps units 1985-1992. Private practice in General Surgery 1992-2017. Retired in 2017 but accepted a job teaching and doing surgery as a volunteer in Cambodia with Surgeons for Cambodia. Joined Rotary Club Phnom Penh Metro 2018 and is the President for 2020-2022.

Mary Mendoza from Macau is the managing director of The Platinum Ltd, a consulting firm. For the past twenty years, she has been known as an established thought leader in marketing for the gaming, hospitality, tourism, and retail sector within Asia and the USA. She is passionate about women empowerment, education.

Sophorn has been working at The CCDO as an Admin & Finance Coordinator for 4 years. She is the glue that keeps CCDO together. She never gives up her vision to help her communities. She puts all her efforts to support the CCDO team on the ground to reach the mission and vision of the Organization.

Mrs. Heng Layhouy brings a background in English education and currently serves as Deputy at Siem Reap Provincial Department of Planning. She is passionate about empowering communities through knowledge and strategic development.

Mr. Saren ROERT, has many years professional experiences with NGOs since 2008 in social work, education, health, and WASH with expertise in leadership, project management, and rural development. Holding a degree in Agricultural economics and rural development and currently serves as the Water, Sanitation and Health Program Manager at Temple Garden Foundation (TGF).

Mr. Oudom LOR has experience in public relations and protocol, with a strong background in leadership and organizational management. He holds a Master's degree in Management and currently serves in the Department of Public Relations and Protocoe at the Siem Reap Provincial Administration.
